Baileys Stud Balancer - 20kg

Baileys Stud Balancer – 20kg is a concentrated, high-protein vitamin and mineral balancer formulated for broodmares, stallions, foals and growing youngstock, particularly those that hold condition well or receive less than the full recommended amount of a stud mix or cube. Its nutrient-dense formulation helps support growth, tissue development and reproductive demands without requiring large concentrate meals.

• 32% protein with 2.2% lysine, supporting the amino-acid needs of developing horses.
• 6.5% starch and 7.5% sugar; suitable for feeding alongside forage when additional calories need to be controlled.
• Contains micronised soya, linseed meal and soya-derived oil sources, with vitamins, minerals and omega fatty acids.
• Includes yeast culture and Digest Plus prebiotic (ScFOS) to support normal hindgut function.

Composition: Soya bean meal, micronised soya beans, distillers' grains, dicalcium phosphate, micronised wheat, micronised linseed meal, vitamins and minerals, calcium carbonate, whey, molasses, alfalfa meal, salt and ScFOS prebiotic. Contains soya, wheat and milk-derived whey.

Feeding: Use with good-quality hay, haylage or grazing. Baileys provides separate feeding tables by age, anticipated mature bodyweight and breeding status; weigh the ration rather than relying on scoop volume (a half-pint mug holds approximately 225g). Stud Balancer can be introduced to foals from around three months of age according to the manufacturer's staged feeding guide. Adjust if also using a fortified stud feed, and seek individual nutrition advice for youngstock with growth concerns.
