Protexin Equine gut Balancer - 700g

Protexin Equine Premium Gut Balancer – 700g is a palatable daily probiotic and prebiotic powder for horses and ponies. It is designed to support a balanced gut microbiota, normal fibre digestion and digestive efficiency, including during changes in routine or periods of stress.

What's inside?

Contains the live yeast probiotic Saccharomyces cerevisiae (CNCM I-4407), specified by the manufacturer at 1 × 10⁹ CFU per gram, together with Preplex® prebiotic fructo-oligosaccharides. The listed composition is alfalfa meal, Preplex® prebiotic and brewer's yeast. The combination provides a live-yeast culture and substrates for beneficial gut microbes.

Feeding directions

• Normal daily use: 10g (one level measure) mixed into the feed.
• During periods of stress: 20g (two level measures) daily.

A 700g tub provides approximately 70 days at the normal 10g daily amount. If mixed with water, feed promptly after mixing, as advised by the manufacturer. Suitable for ongoing use where required. Persistent diarrhoea, colic signs or loss of condition warrant veterinary advice; a supplement is not a substitute for treatment.
